TRUSTED BY & COLLAB WITH

The usual advice is built for one kind of brain, and leaves the rest behind.
Here’s the thing almost no one says out loud: the neurodivergent people in your audience, your team, your classroom have spent their whole lives being handed strategies built for how a “normal” brain is supposed to work. And when those strategies don’t stick, they’re the ones made to feel like the problem.
So they work harder, not smarter. They mask until they burn out. Talented people grind themselves down trying to fit a mold that was never built for them.
That’s the real cost of pretending neurodiversity isn’t in the room: not just that people feel unseen, but that your best people are quietly exhausting themselves doing things the wrong way for their brains. It doesn’t have to be that way.

The answer was never doing it
the "normal" way, harder.
It’s finding the way that actually works for how you’re wired. My talks give audiences the understanding and the tools to do exactly that, whether they’re neurodivergent themselves or they lead, teach, or love someone who is.
Delivered with research, real stories, and humor, your people leave understanding themselves and each other on a deeper level, and ready to actually do something with it.
